  2. If we do not have a Star Representative in your area, you can use our convenient Refine & Pay Mail-in Program. Just call Star at 800.333.9990 OR click on Request Free Shipping Supplies.

    We will then:

    • Process your materials and prepare a report for you showing the metal content and amount due to you.
    • Apply a reasonable charge to be deducted from your return.
    • Pay you via wire transfer or by cashier's check sent with your analysis report.
    • Send you your report and payment within 15 working days
